These jewels in our crown require meticulous planning, often involving multiple hotels and intricate itineraries. They're the first pieces of our holiday puzzle, around which everything else falls into place

Securing Your Favourite Haunts

Next, we ensure our most beloved hotels are booked well in advance. Some of these gems are so popular that losing our slot could mean waiting years for another chance - it took us 15 years to get back into the Tynedale Hotel's good books! Rest assured, your favourite retreats will be waiting to welcome you back year after year

Catering to Our Private Groups

We've built wonderful relationships with private groups who travel with us annually. These loyal friends are pencilled in early, allowing us to weave our general sale holidays around their preferred dates. It's all part of the Exclusive Holidays family spirit!

With the foundations laid, it's time for us to don our creative caps. We pore over wholesaler brochures, reminisce about destinations we haven't visited in a while, and consider what's 'due' for a return - the Isle of Man, for instance, tends to feature in our programme every other year

Once the longer journeys are set, we turn our attention to planning weekend getaways and short breaks. These little gems are carefully slotted in, always mindful of Nigel's driving hours and ensuring each trip flows seamlessly into the next

And after all that planning? Well, even your tireless hosts need a breather! We try to squeeze in a little holiday for ourselves - this January, we're off to sunny Seville. Let's just hope Nigel stays fit as a fiddle this time, as last time he went down with Covid the day before we were due to travel!
