Booking Confirmation
Your booking confirmation has been sent to the email address you entered during the booking process on our website. It may take a few minutes to arrive with you after your booking is complete

If you don't receive it, please check your junk folder as it can end up there due to the attachment. If you've looked and it's not there, let us know and we can resend it

Balance Payment
Your holiday balance is normally due 8 weeks prior to the departure date. There are a few exceptions to this so please check the date shown on your confirmation, and ensure your balance payment reaches us by this date

Pick up times and luggage labels
Pick up times are set and sent out to you approximately two weeks before the departure date. Our pick up route is normally in the direction of travel, e.g. southbound tours will start picking up at the northernmost pick up points first, and vice versa
