The Repair Shop: Weald & Downland Museum
The Weald & Downland Museum is home to over 50 historic buildings, charting life from 950AD to the 19th century. The buildings here have all been saved from destruction and moved to this 40-acre site which we explore at leisure. It is also famed as the filming location of TV series The Repair Shop
*Please note the Repair Shop is a closed set and filming takes place frequently onsite. Access to the Repair Shop Barn and immediate area surrounding it is not possible, although you should be able to view it from a distance
Henley-on-Thames & river cruise
Henley-on-Thames is a pretty riverside town, famed for its annual Regatta. We enjoy a relaxed river cruise where we discover the delightful sights and sounds of the river, before enjoying some free time in the town
